If you do know, GREAT! But simply by setting the intent to do that for yourself, you set in motion a greater possibility that you will actually do it, that resources will come your way to make your wish more likely to come true. I know this sounds like a really naive thinking, but that which we nurture becomes stronger, and spending time thinking of what you want to do, and imagining what you want to do is mentally nurturing the idea of what you want to happen. Even if it doesn't happen, thinking about something pleasant is likely to provide a "mini vacation" from the usual litany of complaints, judgements, to-do lists, and worries that generally occupy our minds.

It is one of the greatest gifts I have learned to give myself, and a real little miracle it is because I was raised to believe I had to have plans A through Z, and a schedule of what was going to happen when. In 15 minute blocks of time! Just kidding about the last one. I imposed that one on myself!

HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SUMMER!

Comments?

FIRST DAY OF SUMMER

https://www.healingtheheartwithannseig.com/blog/first-day-of-summer

https://www.healingtheheartwithannseig.com/blog/first-day-of-summer#comments

Uncategorized

[...]
